Guarantees
Fitem tubular motors and accessories are guaranteed for five years from the date of production.
Tubular motors with integrated electronic components are guaranteed for two years from the date of production. The guarantee is limited to the free replacement or repair of the parts with origin defects due to manufacture failures. Transport costs are completely at the client’s expenses, without any obligation for our company to inspect or verify the customer’s residence.
The guarantee is automatically cancelled in case of:
- negligence or lack of appropriate care during use;
- incorrect installation or maintenance carried out by unauthorised personnel;
- use of tubular motors different from intended use, except when previously authorized by our engineers;
- system comprising accessories not approved by our engineering department;
- failure to observe the sales conditions provided for in the order confirmation.
